Using the Platform, whether via a computer, mobile phone, or any other means, constitutes your full agreement to all the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you must refrain from using the services.
Future Changes – The Company may update and modify the Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Significant changes will be accompanied by an appropriate notification on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after an update to the terms constitutes agreement to the updated version.
2. Our Services
The Company provides a digital platform that mediates between private and business users and independent service providers, such as drivers and couriers (hereinafter: "Service Providers"). Through the Platform, users can order transportation and delivery services as needed.
Our Role as a Platform Operator – The Company does not provide transportation, ride, or delivery services itself but acts solely as a mediator between users and Service Providers. The responsibility for service quality and execution lies entirely with the Service Providers, and the Company is not responsible for any damages or dissatisfaction resulting from the services provided.
3. Registration and User Account
To use the services offered on the Platform, you will need to create a personal user account.
- Accuracy of Information – The user agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date, and correct details upon registration.
- Account Security – The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their password and account credentials. In case of suspected unauthorized use, the user must immediately notify the Company.
- Account Termination – The Company reserves the right to block or delete a user account in case of a violation of these terms, at its sole discretion.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 Ordering Process
Users can place service orders through the Platform, subject to the availability of Service Providers at that time and location. Any order placed will be binding unless the user cancels it according to the Company’s cancellation policy.
4.2 Payment Methods
Payment for services will be made through payment methods available on the Platform, including credit cards, digital wallets, cash, or other methods approved by the Company from time to time.
4.3 Credit Authorization Checks
When placing an order with credit card payment, a preliminary credit authorization check will be conducted, which in some cases may appear as an actual transaction in bank reports. If the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded according to the credit card company’s policy.
4.4 Fees and Cancellation Charges
- The Company charges a 6% + VAT commission from drivers or couriers for each customer payment.
- The Company may determine cancellation fees for orders canceled after a certain period. Any additional charges or fees will be displayed to the user before confirming the transaction.
5. User Responsibilities
When using the Platform, users agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information upon registration and use of services.
- Behave respectfully and responsibly towards Service Providers and other users.
- Comply with the laws of the State of Israel, including payment regulations, misuse of services, identity misrepresentation, or disruption of the Platform's operations.
- Refrain from using the Platform for commercial purposes or distributing harmful, false, or illegal content.
Users violating these terms may be blocked from using the Platform without prior notice.
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
When using the Platform, Service Providers agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information upon registration and service usage.
- Treat customers with respect, politeness, and responsibility.
- Handle tax matters on their earned income independently.
- Comply with the laws of the State of Israel, including driving regulations, misuse of services, identity misrepresentation, or disruption of the Platform's operations.
- Refrain from distributing harmful, false, or illegal content.
Service Providers violating these terms may be blocked from using the Platform without prior notice.
7. "Refer-a-Friend for Life" Program and VIP Account
A portion of the Company’s commission from every service order on its Platform is allocated to the "Refer-a-Friend for Life" program, which is a key part of the Company’s marketing strategy.
- Any Platform user, whether a Service Provider or potential customer, can invite acquaintances via a private link or QR Code.
- Users who register through this invitation are linked to the referring user.
- For every service order, the referrer receives 0.8% commission for life if they are a private user or a business user with a VIP account upgrade, or 0.4% if they are a business user without a VIP upgrade.
- Referrers who invited other referrers receive 20% of their referrals' commission for life if they are a private user or a VIP-upgraded business user, or 10% if they are a business user without a VIP upgrade.
- Private users can redeem their earned percentage for free rides, while business users receive it as cash.
Service Providers or business clients can purchase a VIP account upgrade through a one-time or annual payment. The one-time payment option will be available for a limited time during the Platform’s launch. The VIP upgrade will provide additional benefits beyond the Refer-a-Friend program in the future.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Company does not guarantee that the services will always be available without interruptions or malfunctions.
- The Company is not responsible for the actions, behavior, or omissions of Service Providers.
- In cases of disputes between users and Service Providers, the parties involved are responsible for resolving the conflict, without the Company’s obligation to intervene.
